Vector-transfected SW872 cells (pool and individual clones) and three CETP+ clones were incubated with 200 µM 3H-oleate/BSA for 48 h to uniformly label the TG pool. TG was extracted, purified by thin layer chromatography, and quantified by scintillation counting. Values are mean ± SD, n = 3. The TG content of all CETP+ clones differed significantly from control (P < 0.05).
