Retention time in a C-18 column with an isocratic mobile phase (60% solvent A and 40% solvent B). Retention time is normalized to elution of uracil. Non-Leu-block peptides (except SLamp) elute significantly faster than Leu-block peptides (p < 0.01). Values are an average of at least three independent experiments. Error values were no larger than ±0.2 standard deviation for each point.
