Ob/ob mice received AAV2/8-Adipo-LeptinmiR122(8x) or AAV2/8-Adipo-eGFPmiR122(8x), designated as “Leptin” or “GFP”, respectively, in legend. Glucose tolerance tests (GTT) were performed at baseline (a), 2 (b), 4 (c), and 7 (d) weeks post AAV administration on 16-hour fasted mice.
