The levels of proteins (relative absorbance unit x 10x4) or the ratio of phosphorylated to non phosphorylated protein are shown; values are mean ± SEM, n=7 per treatment group. The images shown in Figure 4 are those directly acquired from the ChemiDoc work station that is equipped with a CCD camera having a resolution of 1300 x 1030.
