Effect of freezing temperature on the solubility of EGFP and MMP-12_CAT inclusion bodies by freeze-thawing method. The same weight of EGFP and MMP-12_CAT inclusion bodies was solubilized in 20 mM potassium phosphate buffer at pH 8 containing 2 M urea and freezing at different temperatures by freeze-thawing method.
