Immunohistochemical detection of A2AR in synovial membrane. Immunohistochemical analysis of synovial tissue from CIA-control mice revealed positive staining for A2AR in contrast to Sham-control mice (b, a). The staining for A2AR in CIA-EA mice was weaker than in CIA-control mice, but the difference was not significant (c, b).
