aReinfection duration is modelled using a gamma distribution with variance equal to 0.5 and 2 for scenarios 1 and 2, respectively. Time to reinfection is modelled using an exponential distribution with mean time to reinfection equal to the inverse of the mean rate of reinfection, and variance equal to the inverse of the mean rate of reinfection squared.
