Intracellular cAMP of macrophages infected with V. parahaemolyticus vgrG2 deletion mutant was significantly reduced as compared with its parent triple deletion strain dTTT. The confluent RAW264.7 cell monolayers were infected with bacterial strains, each in triplicate wells, for 4 h.
