Notes: “Deceased” refers to in-hospital mortality. Only “forward” progression (eg, from stage 1 to stage 2) probabilities are displayed. As such, 19% of dialysis patients were classified as stage 5 after 6 months, and 21% of post-transplant patients were classified as CKD stage 1–5 (with 11% classified as CKD stage 2 or 3) after 6 months.
