Cells from TKA and ACL reconstruction samples at (A) passage 0, (B) passage 1 and (C) passage 2 were stained with antibodies against CD34, CD44, CD90 and CD105 and analyzed by flow cytometry. CD34 negative populations were gated in live populations (P1); CD44 positive populations were regated in CD34 negative populations; CD90 and CD105 positive populations were regated in CD44 positive populations.
