Table 2. Analysis of double deacetylation of GlcNAc2–6 by a combined action of NodB and COD, analysed using UHPLC-ELSD-ESI-MS. GlcNAc2–6 (1 mM) was incubated with 2.5 μM of both NodB and COD in ammonium hydrogen carbonate buffer (pH 8) at 37°C overnight.
