(a) D-Camphor consumption by uncapped (open bar) and capped (closed bar) gels with NADH regeneration. The reaction was conducted in 1.7 mL of 50 mM potassium phosphate buffer, pH 7.4, containing 150 mM potassium chloride, 3 mM d-camphor, 5 mM phosphite, 100 μM NAD+ and a gel that was obtained from 30 μL of the mixture containing 80 μM of the three fusion proteins.
