The effect of the initial culture density (measured as the total Chl concentration at the beginning of phosphorus deprivation) on accumulation of the biomass (measured as the final Chl concentration) and the total yield of H₂ gas produced by the culture. The phosphorus deprivation effect was achieved by using the dilution method. Each point represents the average of three independent repetitions.
