Notes: Both KYSE-150R cells and KYSE-150 cells (parent cells, radiosensitive) cultured in six-well plates were pretreated with rabbit IgG or nimotuzumab (1,000 nM) for 4 hours and followed by IR. Surviving colonies were stained with crystal violet and counted. The survival curves after IR are shown.
