Human hepatoycte cultures (6-well format, 3 days after isolation) were treated with 60 μM atorvastatin (triangle), 30 μM pravastatin (circle) and solvent control (cross, DMSO) for 6, 12, 24, 48, and 72 hours. Cells were harvested and homogenized. 10 μg protein extract of each time point was analyzed using the TXP-SRM assays for cytochrome P450 (a) 3A4, (b) 3A5, (c) 3A7, and (d) multi-drug resistance protein 1.
