Expression of DR5::GUS in AZ tissues of Pts mutant and NPA-treated wild-type plants. DR5::GUS expression in wild-type (cv VF36) and Pts mutant plants and from flower inflorescences of tomato (cv VF36) placed in a 25 μm NPA solution for 8 h (VF36+NPA).
