Transcript levels of fruit-ripening genes in the SlZFP2 RNAi lines of LA1589. Total RNA was isolated from whole fruits at stages 10, 15, 20, 25, and 28 DPA, MG, Br, and B10 of three SlZFP2 RNAi lines and their nontransgenic siblings (Nontrans). Expression levels relative to SleIF4a6 were determined for each ripening-related gene by qRT-PCR in three technical replicates (three pooled samples from the same set of plants).
