The effects of Isorhamnetin, cisplatin, carboplatin and their combinations on microtubules in A-549 cells. A549 cells were treated with 0.025% DMSO (A), 25 μM isorhamnetin (B), 0.5 μM cisplatin (C) and carboplatin (D) each or their combination (IR+CP) (E) and (IR+CB) (F) for 48 h.
