Amplification of JARID1B was (0.87 ± 0.15) with 30 nmol/L, (0.56 ± 0.09) with 60 nmol/L, (0.12 ± 0.03) with 120 nmol/L respectively in HL-60, compared to control (1.13 ± 0.15), χ² = 23.25, P < 0.05 (lower).
