(A) MCF-7 cells stably transduced with LYN^WT or LYN^D189Y were injected s.c. into athymic ovariectomized mice, as described in the Methods. Mice bearing tumors ≥150 mm³ were randomized and treated as in Figure 8B. Data are presented as log₂ of mean tumor volume (*P < 0.0001 vs. vehicle, ^#P < 0.05 vs. BKM plus Fulv). (B) Xenografts from A were harvested 4 hours after the last dose of BKM120 or dasatinib and 24 hours after the last dose of fulvestrant.
