PBMCs were cultured with uninfected or AD169-infected MRC-5 fibroblasts in the presence of neutralizing mAb against IL-12 or isotype control. Cells were stained for CD56, CD25, CD19, CD14, and CD3 and analyzed by flow cytometry at day 7. Histograms were gated on live CD56+CD3–CD19–CD14– cells.
