The arrows mark Y chromosomes and the arrowheads mark X chromosomes. Note the lack of a Y chromosome in the XO line. There are at least three Y chromosome types: the small submetacentric type of the genome strain and 159, the J-shaped Y of lines 162 and 177, and no Y chromosome as in XO (line 62).
