A confluent monolayer of HUVEC cells was challenged with K7M2 or K12 murine metastatic osteosarcoma cells and the anti-invasion activity of the ezrin inhibitor was validated using electrical cell impedance technology. Experiments were Performed in duplicated and the invading OS cells were treated with or without the presence of 10 μ M of ezrin inhibitors. Invasion was quantified at 9h post addition of osteosarcoma cells and results are expressed as a fold inhibition of K7M2 and K12 cell invasion.
