ANS fluorescence of uncomplexed and complexed CaM and 3TnC. (A) shows the ANS fluorescence of a solution containing 200 μM ANS and 5 μM CaM in the absence (dotted line) and presence (solid line) of Ca2+. The ANS fluorescence of CaM/Orai-CMBD was recorded by adding a solution of Orai peptide into Ca2+-CaM until no more intensity change was observed (dashed line). (B) shows the ANS fluorescence of CaM(3TnC) in the identical experimental condition as in (A). ANS fluorescence was excited at 350 nm.
