TCF4 expression in esophageal cancer and adjacent tissues. Total RNA was isolated from tissues and RT-PCR with primer set of P1F and P3R was performed as described in Materials and Methods. The PCR products from cancer tissues (A) and adjacent tissues (B) were subcloned and individual clones was further sequenced to identify all the transcript variants spanning exon 3 to exons 17. Numbers of clones were list before each isoform variant. Total proteins were isolated from esophageal cancer and adjacent tissues and further detected by Western blotting (C).
