Over-expression of GRHL2 modulated the expression of proliferation marker proteins. The proliferation marker proteins were assessed by western blot analysis. Over-expression GRHL2 in HT29 (A) and SW620 (B) cells significant increased the expression of cyclin A and cyclin D1, while decreasing the levels of p21 and p27. Immunoblotting results are typical from 3 experiments and the densitometry is mean ± SD (3-5 experiments) *Relative to Vector control * p<0.05, ** p<0.01.
