Lane M, protein marker; lane 1, chicken embryonated fibroblast cell-trypsin; lane 2, chicken embryonated fibroblast cell + trypsin; lane 3, LMH cell-trypsin; lane 4, LMH + trypsin. Detection of the cleavage products HA1 (~43 kDa) and HA2 (~26 kDa) suggest that the protease of LMH cell can activate H9N2 HA monobasic cleavage site.
