Effect of IBMX and forskolin on IL-10 production by differentiated THP-1 cells. Calcitrol-differentiated THP-1 cells in triplicate were treated for 18 h with Lippia extract (25 μg/mL), Fsk (1 μM), and IBMX (100 μM). The following day, cell culture supernatants were assayed for the presence of IL-10 by ELISA. Results are representative of three separate experiments and data reported as mean±1 SD (*P<.5, **P<.01).
