Effect of TLR agonists and Polymxyin B on Lippia extract-induced IL-10 production by differentiated THP-1 cells. Calcitrol-differentiated THP-1 cells in triplicate were treated for 18 h with Lippia extract (25 μg/mL), Fsk (1 μM), polymyxin B (PMB; 10 μg/mL), and lipopolysaccharide (LPS; 100 ng/mL). The following day, cell culture supernatants were assayed for the presence of IL-10 by ELISA. Results are representative of three separate experiments and data reported as mean±1 SD (*P<.05, **P<.01). Significance levels are shown above the connector lines.
