CCL-241 normal small intestinal cells were treated with UMI77 (1-3μM) as illustrated (Figure 3A) and radiosensitization was assessed by clonogenic survival. Data are from a single representative experiment (A) or are the mean ± standard error of 3 independent experiments (B). Cytotoxicity is the surviving fraction of UMI77-treated cells relative to control cells in the absence of radiation.
