| Findings on head CT/MRI suggestive of prolonged hypoxic ischemic insult |
| Hemodynamic instability |
| Uncorrected coagulopathy at the time of harvest |
| Pulmonary contusions |
| Solid or hollow visceral injury of the abdomen/pelvis |
| Spinal cord injury |
