The chemical structure of formononetin and time course assay. (A) The illustration of the protocol of viral adsorption and treatment with formononetin and pirodavir. SK-N-SH cells were infected with 80 pfu/well of EV71 (SHZH98). Formononetin (9.21 μM) and pirodavir (0.84 μM) was added at the indicated times, respectively.
