A-D: Rat aortas pretreated with L-NAME (200 μM, A), wortmannin (WM—30 nM, B), ICI 182,780 (ICI -100 nM, C) or without any inhibitor (D) and their effects on 2-ME (10⁻⁵ M)-induced dilation were shown. All the experiments were repeated six times with consistent results.
