Effect of RSF1 expression on NF-κB–dependent genes expression in ovarian cancercells. A and B, SKOV3 cells with a Tet-off RSF1 induction system were used. A, levels of RSF1, CFLAR, BCL2, BCL2 L1, and PTGS2 were analyzed by Western blotting with specific antibodies. Expression levels were normalized to β-actin. Data are representative of three different experiments. B, the mRNA expression of RSF1, CFLAR, BCL2, BCL2L1, and PTGS2 was analyzed by real-time RT-PCR. Data were normalized to GAPDH mRNA expression.
