Zymography gel of ventral prostate extracts (n = 4) for control (C) and obese rats (O). The gelatinase activity was detected in bands with molecular weight of 64 and 72 kDa for the intermediate- and pro-forms of MMP-2, respectively, and 90 kDa for the active form of MMP-9.
