K63-linked Ub chains (PDB: 2JF5, yellow) [23] and SUMO2 (PDB: 1WM2, blue) [47] (the flexible N-terminus of SUMO2 is represented by a blue ribbon). (B) K63 polyub linked to Ub-SUMO2x4ΔN11 was incubated with the indicated DUBs and the reaction products were fractionated by SDS/PAGE.
