EECP and EEPG reduce the intracellular ROS level in RAW264.7 cells by DCHF-DA assay. RAW264.7 cells were treated with EECP and EEPG, respectively, for 0.5 h, further cultured in the presence or absence of 300 μM H2O2 for 13 h, and treated with DCHF-DA (200 μM) for 0.5 h.
