(a) There was a robust over-production of SOD3 mRNA in 8505c SOD3 stable cells while the tumors derived from 8505c SOD3 stable cells contained moderately increased SOD3 mRNA consistent with our previously published data. (b) Bioluminescence imaging showing the increased tumor size in 8505c SOD3 transplanted mice as compared to control cell transplanted animals. (c-h) GEF, GAP, and GDI mRNA expression in vivo. The mice showing a moderately increased SOD3 expression in transplanted 8505c cells had reversed small GTPase regulatory gene expression as compared to in vitro situation.
