Spot reference numbers are on the horizontal axis, and there is one value for each of the three classes. The spots marked with a grey bar represent ones associated with statistically significant (False Discovery Rate) changes relative to control. Spot 126 was rejected as an outlier after visual inspection of the gel spots.
