Effects of triptolide, a HSP70 inhibitor, on cell viability in kahweol-treated HT-29 cells. Cells were pretreated with triptolide (10 μM), and then incubated with the indicated concentrations of kahweol for 48 h, and then cell viability was measured by MTT.
