(a) Schematic of a temperature-controlled OCT probe consisting of a miniature temperature chamber with an integrated optical scanning probe; (b) Programmed (red) and measured (green) temperature variation on the surface of a human skin from 28°C to 42°C with 2°C steps. The temperature can be stabilized to be within ± 0.2°C to the programmed setting temperatures in less than 5 minutes.
