(A) Immunoprecipitation of α-syn-EGFP with an antibody against the EGFP tag pulled down Htt103Q-mCherry from dopaminergic neurons, showed by immunoblotting analysis. (B) Immunoblotting of Total, Triton-X soluble and Triton-X insoluble fractions of α-syn-EGFP and Htt103Q-mCherry from adult heads of flies co-expressing these two proteins.
