For PCs and PBs, the assay was ELISPOT and for IgG+ B cells the assay was flow cytometry and data are those shown in Figure 4 and 5, except Env-specific peripheral blood ASCs is reported relative to total frequencies of PBs among B cells, as measured by flow cytometry.
