Upstream regulators of interest. The analysis of genes that are downstream of IL-6 generated highly significant P values for this top regulator in the contrast Growing vs Plateau (A) and Plateau vs Atresia (B). The same approach also generated highly significant P values for the top regulator Alpha catenin in the contrast Growing vs Plateau (C) and Plateau vs Atresia (D).
