Cdc42 signaling pathway is required for neurite elongation induced by 5-HT7R stimulation. (A) Striatal and (B) cortical neurons were treated for 2 h either with the 5-HT7R selective agonist LP-211 (LP, 100 nM), or with the selective Cdc42 inhibitor ZCL (50 μ M), or with a combination of the two. The graphs show the neurite length expressed as percentage of values measured in the corresponding vehicle-treated cultures (CTRL, set to 100%).
