Reproducibility of mean CBF and derived CBF measures. Reproducibility is reported as the voxelwise correlation of the measure at two scans taken one hour apart. Although the reproducibility of the probability-derived CBF prediction is quite high, the low amount of variance explained by tissue probability values as opposed to RIPMMARC-derived predictors indicates that the reproducibility is most likely driven by whole-brain consistency in CBF values.
