Neutralizing activity against the SHIV-SF162P4 challenge stock was determined in plasma sampled two weeks following the third immunization. (A) Data from individual animals are shown as the reciprocal dilution giving 50% neutralization (ID₅₀ titer). (B) Sera from animals in both the AbISCO and AbISCO+CpG groups displayed significantly higher neutralizing Ab titer against SHIV-SF162P4 compared to Control (*p < 0.05, **<0.01) with no difference between the groups (p > 0.05). Statistics were evaluated with the Kruskal-Wallis test followed by Dunn's test for multiple comparisons. NS = non-significant.
