SCRN1 expression in colon cancer and Kaplan-Meier survival curves of OS and DFS. (a) SCRN1 mRNA expression analysis using qPCR in 40 paired colon cancerous tissues and adjacent normal mucosa. For each sample, the relative SCRN1 mRNA level was normalized using GAPDH expression. (b) Western blot analysis was performed to examine SCRN1 protein expression in 4 representative cases of primary colon cancer and paired normal tissue.
