Receptor endocytosis and ALK5 are necessary for TGFβ1-induced angiogenesis in vivo. Matrigels containing of PBS (vehicle) or TGFβ1 and dynasore (200 μm) or iALK5 (20 μm) were injected into the subcutaneous tissues on the back.
