(B and C) Intraoperative DSA demonstrated type B aortic dissection with the tear close to the LSA and the left dominant vertebral artery. (D) Postoperative DSA showed total exclusion of the tear and preserved LSA blood flow. (E and F) Follow-up CTA showed thrombosis of the false lumen around the aortic stent graft and a patent chimney stent in the LSA.
